چکیده
Additive manufacturing technologies are applied in different industrial fields. It is possible to produce 3D parts complex form at a lower cost with faster production capability using additive compared traditional subtractive manufacturing. Robotic welding-based wire arc (WAAM) novel technology which offers various solutions. Many products can be produced through the fields of defense, aerospace, and automotive industries. In this study, multi-material metallic were by depositing ferritic ER 70 S-6 stainless steel ER316L welding wires robotic WAAM technology. Detailed microstructural analysis hardness tests conducted on manufactured samples including interfaces between two materials. Characterization Fe-austenite weld has shown presence hard phases due migration hardening elements. The microhardness examination revealed that highest values recorded bimetallic interface Fe C layer.

متن کاملDeformation Post-processing of Additive Manufacturing Components
Parts produced by additive manufacturing (AM) often require post processing to improve surface finish and mechanical properties. However, little attention has been given to including deformation in the post processing. Deformation post-processing can address some part size, manufacturing cost, and geometry limitations of 3D printing. Additionally, it could be used to create 3D surfaces using pl...
